Our Beliefs

What we believe shapes how we follow Jesus together. These core beliefs reflect the biblical convictions that guide our life as a church as we seek to know God, love one another, and faithfully live out the gospel.

Our Beliefs

These beliefs summarize the core biblical convictions we hold together as a church. While we continue to grow in our understanding of God and His Word, these truths provide the foundation for our faith and life together.

  • The Bible

    We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God. Scripture is our authority for what we believe and how we live, teaching us who God is and how we are called to follow Him.


    2 Timothy 3:16

  • God

    We believe in one God who eternally exists in three distinct persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, equal in deity and divine attributes, yet distinct in their personhood and roles.


    Matthew 28:19

  • Jesus

    We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and reigns as Lord.


    1 Corinthians 15:3–4

  • Holy Spirit

    We believe the Holy Spirit gives new spiritual life to those who trust in Christ and continues His work in us, transforming and empowering us to live lives that honor God.


    Titus 3:5

  • Salvation

    We believe salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. Through repentance and faith in Christ, we are forgiven of our sins and reconciled to God by grace, not by our own works.


    Ephesians 2:8–9

  • The Church

    We believe the Church is the people of God, united in Christ and called to follow Jesus together. As His people, we worship God, love one another, make disciples, and proclaim the gospel to the world.


    1 Peter 2:9

  • Baptism

    We believe baptism is commanded by Christ for all who believe. In baptism, God points us to His promise of salvation in Christ—assuring us that through Jesus our sins are forgiven and we are given new life. As we are baptized, we identify with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection and are called to walk in the new life He has given us.


    Romans 6:3–4

  • Communion

    We believe Communion is an act of worship given to believers by Christ, through which we remember and proclaim His death for our sins. It is more than remembrance; it is a means of grace through which we uniquely experience the Lord’s presence as we gather around His table together.


    1 Corinthians 11:23–26

  • Prayer and Healing

    We believe in the redemptive work of Christ on the cross and that God continues to heal sovereignly and in response to believing prayer. We faithfully pray for healing while trusting in God’s wisdom, power, and will.


    James 5:14–16

  • The Return of Christ

    We believe Jesus Christ will return to gather His people, judge the world, and make all things new. Those who belong to Christ will dwell with Him forever in the new heavens and new earth.


    2 Peter 3:13

  • Marriage

    We believe God created marriage as a covenant relationship between one biological man and one biological woman, designed to reflect His purposes and glory.


    Genesis 2:24
